While most of our customers agree with our grades, we realise it is a subjective issue and opinions differ. If the record you receive does not meet your expectations you simply return the record within 30 days of receipt and we guarantee to refund the full amount of your original payment.

Returns/Complaints Your satisfaction is very important to us.  If for any reason there is a problem please give us the opportunity to put things right for you before you leave neutral/negative feedback. We are human and do make mistakes but please do not assume any mistakes we make are intentional! If a return is necessary we will refund the full amount of your original payment as long as the item(s) are returned to us within 30 days in the same condition as received. Buyers are required to pay the cost of returning items for remorse buys. We will refund for the return of items up to the value of 2nd class ordinary post for faulty or not as described returns.
