This is the UK 1st press of ’Sunday at the Village Vanguard' by the Bill Evans Trio. This rare press has the earliest laminated front and rear pasted sleeve. The vinyl has the earliest 670 stamped in the runout and the textured blue reels label. 

The record is in Very Good condition. The vinyl has a superb gloss, there are a few very light marks but the vinyl still gleams. The blue textured Riverside label is bold and bright with sharp text and is completely clean. There is just the very slightest spindle wear. On playing the sound is rich and vibrant. There are moments of the slightest noise but there are no moments when that noise is distracting, this classic album is still stunning throughout.

The 1st press laminated sleeve is in Excellent condition. The image is sharp and the text is clear. The colour is warm and bright and the laminate has a stunning mirrored shine. The pasted rear of the sleeve is extremely bright and clean and completely sealed on all edges. The whole sleeve is firm and the spine is firm with sharp text.
