This is THE CHANTELS We are LP, original 1st pressing with banned/withdrawn group cover, End Records #301, mono. I am selling this for a friend. The vinyl on it is lower grade with lots of moderate scratches, which may cause some play noise, I have not play tested yet, but my buddy says it plays fine on his system, nice thick quality vinyl back in the day. The cover, however, is nice with a clean surface which has nice & bright colors!! There is some splitting a couple inches in upper right hand corner area, but this has been mostly repaired nicely with some glue, so hard to notice & does not distract from the overall beauty of the cover. Back cover has name written in light/faded ink on top right, and a couple very light spots near top (see scan). Anyway, very hard to find LP, that has sold for up to two grand before in top condition before. I believe my buddy had it sold locally at one time to someone for close to a grand, but the deal fell through so I am offering it for sale now. This would be nice for someone who needs the cover or an upgrade on the cover & then you can always upgrade the vinyl down the road if so desired.
