This is the rare UK 1st press of L.A. Woman by The Doors. This rare press is complete with the earliest A1/B1 matrix, the earliest die-cut ‘patents pending’ Shorewood Packaging sleeve and the original crucifix yellow inner sleeve. 
The vinyl is in Excellent condition. This vinyl really is in fantastic shape, the grading is only affected by a couple of the very lightest wispy marks on both sides. It still has the original deep jet black gloss. The label is in Excellent condition. The colours and print are sharp, the text is clear and there is only the very slightest spindle wear.
The sound quality is Excellent. Superb audio clarity, with a rich, deep and complete sound. The sound isn’t perfect, there are moments of very slight background noise but nothing that spoils the enjoyment at any point.
The original inner sleeve is in Near Mint condition. The yellow is vivid, the black cruciform picture is solid and the edges are firm with no sign of wear at all.

The die-cut sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. This sleeve is extremely solid and completely clean. There is just the slightest edge and ring wear. The PVC is sensational, like new and the embossed text is sharp and unworn.
