Vinyl: overall glossy with some marks. Please note... I no longer own a stereo, therefore I have not tested this record.  I cannot say how the record will play. I think there may be some surface noise, but likely no dramatic issues. NOT mint. Vinyl may need a light dusting. 

Labels: No damage.  Overall... well maintained. 

Cover/sleeve:  No structural damage. NO seam splits. This cover has been stored in its original shrink wrap, which has protected a large portion of the sleeve. That said,  where the shrink has pulled back, there is minuscule wear. Slight corner mar. Very slight. 

Interior sheath:  paper. No damage aside from some corner curls. I see one larger corner crease. No splits. 

Sticker on shrink wrap: Well maintained. 

Shrink wrap is likely not as pristine as the day added, but very acceptable. 

Poster: No damage. Light wear from handling. No holes or tape. No pin marks. 

To recap: if you seek mint, this is not for you. If you seek a record that has some elements very well maintained, this is it. 

Record will be shipped with a cardboard backing and bubble, and paper to protect it, etc.
