This is for a copy of the Dead Kennedys album, Frankenchrist, first issued in 1985 on Jello Biafra's label, Alternative Tentacles. This is a first press with the original poster featuring HR Giger's Landscape #XX (aka Penis Landscape) included. This was the poster that caused them problems, and Biafra was put on trial for distributing harmful material to minors (Biafra won, but his label almost went under). All future pressings of this album did not have this poster. I am the original owner of this, having bought it when it first came out, prior to the complaint being issued and the poster withdrawn. Punk owned, but in nice shape (see below). Catalog # VIRUS 45.

Jacket has minor edgwear. Light wrinkle/crease to upper outside corner from a bump. Minor corner bumping. A few stress marks near spine. Poster has minor dimpling from handling, but was never hung. Vinyl shows a little scuffing from play, but was handled carefully and plays fine. Original inner sleeve is here with a 3" seam split on one of the vertical sides.

Poster is not fully shown in the pics due to the fact that some have shown to consider as being graphic material.
