The resemblance sonically to Jimi Hendrix is quite impressive at times, especially during my favorite tracks "Prophet", and "Cynthy-Ruth". During slower moments like "Think of Me" it seems they obtained a bit of influence from Led Zeppelin as well (this just isn't as successful sounding). The vocals are pretty perfect, and the guitar playing on this album is really well done. It's just that several of the songs on this album are rather forgettable despite the talent involved, they sort of go nowhere at times (particularly their instrumental numbers). It's the moments they rock hardest and delve a bit into funk area that they really excel. Overall well worth checking out, they deserved far more attention then they ever got (plus at times the closest thing to Hendrix imaginable). WHY NOT CHECK OUT MY EBAY STORE -
