This is a thick, heavy, original '58 deep groove, early stereophonic U.S. Lp (not reprocessed stereo) called: MONK'S MUSIC by THELONIOUS MONK SEPTET, with COLEMAN HAWKINS JOHN COLTRANE, ART BLAKEY, GIGI GRYCE, Etc. The lp has clean labels with minor spindle trails around spindle hole, Playing surfaces are very glossy with NO dulling groove wear, defects, or scratches you can feel. under bright light I noticed many surface scuffs , they do not affect play. I played many excerpts, they sounded clean, and clear with NO distortion, skips or annoying background noise. only on a few quiet passages I could hear light background ticking. Cover is thick cardboard in wonderful condition, spine print is nice, seams have no splitting, spine also No splits or flaking. front has very nice detailed photo and graphics with stereophonic sticker top right corner, back only has light browning and very light wear, CONDITION: Cover VG + + / Lp VG +  .
