Matrix Nos: Side 1 - YEX 773-2U, Side 2 - YEX 774-3U
The sleeve has some light storage wear with no writing, or creases. The record is very clean just one or two hairline marks, no writing or stickers on labels, flat - no warps and plays really well with some light crackle in places.
