Cover is VG+ (above average) with light even shelf wear. Top 1" seam split. No creased corners. No stickers and writing.
The record is VG++ just missing Near Mint with very slight wear on the surface on one side only. Other is Near Mint. Excellent gloss and shine. No writing or stickers.
