Vinyl records pressed in Lebanon are extremely rare and very hard to find items in any condition, produced for a few years in the late 1960's until forced to stop by the onset of civil war in 1975. All the international artists and bands were popular in Lebanon, and only a few copies survived the last thirty years in very good condition, including limited editions of multi-colored 7" singles and unique white label samples for radio and club DJs.

 2 awesome cuts by this late and highly regarded american-born italian singer !!

This single's regular edition was released on the Empire label, an SLD subsidiary that had many Italian artists and bands including the Duke of Burlington, Adriano Celentano, I Ribelli and Luigi Tenco etc.. The label always displayed the original licensees logo, in this case the Durium label.

 The record plays very well and sounds GREAT throughout, in spite of a few visible superficial marks with no audible effects. A loud cut hot stamper, probably one of the earliest matrix pressings !!

The labels are clean, previous owner's initials written discreetly on b-side label. This single was part of the late Suzy Yazbek's collection, a well known former Radio Liban dj. (see scans).
