This is ISLE, MINNESOTA High School Band live April 19th, 1963 LP, rare private release by the school, very hard to find!!   Vinyl is VG+ and cover has some fairly heavy moisture type staining on the bottom, some corner wear upper right, split middle bottom seem.  I know the cover is rough, but still a rare recording that someone maybe looking for.   Please zoom in on picture of front cover.  Back cover has just some light spots, but most of moisture wear/staining on bottom front.   Great LP at a great price!!
