Special note to foreign bidders: PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING!! IN PURCHASING THIS ITEM, YOU ARE AGREEING THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON ON FOREIGN SHIPMENTS. In order for me to ship out of the U.S., it is much more effort and expense.

Because of this, I do not ship to foreign buyers if the value of the item is less than $20. For items $20-$50, I can ship First class International to buyers with perfect feedback. This method is NOT insurable or trackable, but costs less. Weight must be less than 4 pounds. For items $50-$100, I would ship via priority mail international with insurance for the value bid. Some countries do not allow insurance. Please e-mail for shipping costs before bidding as this method costs more, but is insurable (usually) and trackable. For items > $100, it will have to go some method that can be signed for. Global Express, probably, it is expensive!

Examples of shipping as of 2/22/18(to the U.K.):

9 ounces - $23.50 (first class international) + cost of box 9 ounces - $35.25 (Priority Mail International) + cost of box 9 ounces - > $50 (Global Express) + cost of box Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. I declare foreign shipments as merchandise with the value you bid for them.

END NOTE TO FOREIGN BUYERS.

Feedback/bidding policy:   I check feedback daily and will return feedback promptly. Although I go to great lengths to accurately describe my items, if you feel the merchandise is not as described, e-mail me BEFORE leaving feedback and we will resolve it.  Please note I do allow returns (see return policy below).

"Beginning 1/1/19, most purchases will be subject to a sales tax. E-bay automatically collects this for about 25 states. For the other states, Iowa collects sales tax of 6%."

Description: Up for your consideration is the next in a series of unique Lps, this one featuring National Intercollegiate Bands in Concert University of Arizona guest conductors: CMDR Charles Brendler U.S.N. Ret. + Dr. Manley R. Whitcomb.

A few unique things about this item:
Firstly, the records retain the original shine with no visible imperfections aside from some very light sleeve marks grading by sight in normal room light.  I'm sure if you took these and put them under a 1000 watt bulb, you'd probably find something that makes them less than mint.  If you're that kind of collector, let me suggest this auction is not for you.

I don't claim these records are mint.  Based on past experience and visual examination, I'd expect the tracks to average around half way between VG+(excellent) and Near Mint with some scattered surface noise such that might be heard on just about any record.  If you want an audio grade of an entire record, no problem, just drop me a note well in advance of the end of auction.  You can then assign your own grade based on my comments on what I heard and the GRADING SCALE BELOW!.

Keep in mind how it plays for me may differ than how it plays for you based on differences in audio equipment.

Secondly, at the time of this listing, no past/present sales on e-bay.  NO COPIES FOUND FOR SALE OUT ON THE INTERNET!

So this is your chance to own a unique item at a reasonable price.  Bid early and often so you don't miss out on this auction!

It is further described below, please take the time to read before bidding.

Please e-mail if questions.

Be sure to check my other listings to save postage on multiple winning bids.  Please explore the "me" link next to feedback rating) to check out my store and some of the 15,000+ records I have for sale as well as the LP to CD transfer service I offer.

I am using the Goldmine scale of G=Good(1), VG = Very Good(2), VG+ = Very Good Plus(excellent)(3), NM = Near Mint(4) when grading the disc(s).

Additional criteria I use when audibly grading records for people:

NM(4) = absolutely nothing wrong at all (very rarely happens--I've even opened sealed records and they don't play Near Mint) 3.5-3.9 = very, very light surface noise 3.1-3.4 = very light surface noise, very light pops VG+(3) = up to light pops and light surface noise (below this, one's enjoyment is affected, very subjective) VG(2) = up to medium pops and moderate surface noise G(1) = up to heavy pops and heavy surface noise

I normally ship single LP records in a 13x13x2 box.
  Weight with box about 1 pound 5 oz. Shipping is $3.27 Media Rate (1-2 pounds) + $1.20 box/tape/packing + $.03 handling = $4.50.

Alternatively, I can ship in a 14x14x6 box.
  Weight with box about 2 pounds 5 oz. Shipping is $3.79 Media Rate (2-3 pounds) + $1.70 box + $.01 handling = $5.50.

This auction is currently set to ship in the smaller box.  If you want the larger box, let me know and I'll send an appropriate invoice.
