This is a 1980 vinyl LP of the children's album called Walt Disney's Songs and Stories of Uncle Remus/Brer Rabbit on Disneyland/Vista Records, catalog #3907. Inside the cover is a 12 page full color read-along book. The album is still sealed in the original shrinkwrap. There is a tiny dent on the cover upper left corner.
