STAR WARS LP's Soundtrack & Patrick Gleeson Rare Promo Vintage 1977 Original LP Vinyl.
Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Media Mail
Hello, thanks for looking. I'm no expert on grading vinyl, I am grading my by visual observation, i'll try my best to evaluate the condition of both the cover and the record. I'll use the grading scale below as a guide and i'll be very conservative with my evaluation.
You are bidding on 2 rare and vintage Star Wars albums. The first is the original 1977 double LP soundtrack to Star Wars the first movie. It was released by 20th Century Records and preformed by John Williams and the London Symphony Orchestra. - The 2nd Album is a really cool throw back. Its Patrick Gleeson's Version of Star Wars music performed on the worlds most advance synthesizer (at the time) really cool stuff!!!! This album is a rare promo (see photo).

Star Wars Soundtrack - John Williams
Label: – 2T-541 Format: 2 × , LP, Album, GatefoldCONDITION: VG / VG +
The Jacket / Sleeve: I'm hoping the pictures can speak for the grade, i'd say its a VG. Its still Sold and still ridged / stiff, Has NO Seam Splitting, No writing anywhere, There are small bends and creases along the sides, No cut-out (drill) holes, No cut-out corners, No saw-marks or indents, The corners are soft. The front has friction marks or burn caused by rubbing against other covers, Both the front and back have some record ring (see photo's). No yellowing from aging, No stickers, No tape, No water damage. The spine is in "OK" shape, its fraying but NO holes yet and the print is gone. The inside Gatefold is in Very Good condition (see photo's). Honestly the jacket has some wear & tear. I have extra photo's of the spine and inside along with other close ups, just ask!
Inner Paper Sleeve: I only have one original paper record sleeve (20th Centry). You can see the photo its in great shape!
The vinyl: I’d have to guess it would be VG to VG+ . Both records look good, few minor surface scratches but looks clean. Label is perfect.

Grading Scale
Mint (M): Perfect, unused in sealed original packaging.
Near-Mint (NM): Close to perfect with no visible scratches or scuffs. Appears to be un-played or played less than 5 times.
Excellent (EX): May contain 1 or 2 very tiny & light cosmetic surface scratches and/or scuffs. Label and jacket may show slight signs of ring-wear / lightly bent corners. No creases, writing, tears or rips.
Very Good Plus (VG+): May show some signs that it was played and handled by a previous owner who took reasonably good care of it. Imperfections are cosmetic and do not drastically impact the playback. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs and surface scratches. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are ok. The label and jacket may have some slight ring ring-wear, discoloration, minor tears and imperfections. As with most vinyl, there may be low-level surface noise and light crackles and pops may be present, especially during quiet or soft passages in the track.
Very Good (VG): Many of the imperfections found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG record or sleeve.
Good (G) - It doesn't mean the record is "Trashed" but its definitely been played a lot. I'll mainly use this for jackets and inner sleeves (if the record is worth selling).
Fair (F) Poor (P): I do not sell Poor (P), Fair (F). If I use these it's because the album is super rare.
Disclaimer : I’m really new at selling on E-bay so please excuse my inexperience and lack of knowledge when it comes to collecting and selling vinyl. I do not grade LPs and I am not an expert on classification. Some of the vinyl I own, I bought in bulk at yard sales or estate sales. Ask Me Questions before bidding! Please understand, I’m grading my LPs on a visual estimation. Keep that in mind, because if you bid or buy this album, i’m selling it as is. If you’re really interested in this record and you think the description & photo’s are missing something… Message Me! Ask questions, I will answer honestly, I will send more photo’s, maybe even a video if you want. I'm not trying to scare away a potential customer, I'm just saying, please consider everything I said before asking for a refund. Look, there is some risk when buying used 30 - 60 year old, pre owned, vinyl… together we can cut down on that risk even eliminate it! Thanks for looking!!!
