This is THE JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE 8-LP vinyl limited edition box set in a purple velvet covered box with a 3D photo on the front. It is a first pressing released in the year 2000 in a limited edition of 5,000. It is new and still factory sealed. The set includes 56 unreleased or unavailable recordings with never before heard takes of your favorite Hendrix songs, like "Purple Haze" and "Hey Joe", and a stunning version of "Little Wing". Also included is a 40-page color book filled with rare photos. Each album is pressed on 180 gram vinyl in separate album jackets with art. This first pressing box set was released in 2000 by Experience Hendrix/MCA Records, catalog # 088 112 316-1. The set is new and still factory sealed and the original hype sticker is on the front. There is a small tear in the shrinkwrap on the upper right corner and a few of the other corners of the shrinkwrap have a tiny tear. The bar code on the back of the box has scratches over it.
