Mary Chapin Carpenter "Hometown Girl" promo LP (Columbia 40758; stereo). This 1987 debut LP by the future country star and Grammy winner is the first of the only two albums of hers issued on vinyl (until her most recent releases). It is an original promo pressing in Mint- condition. The cover, which is still in shrink wrap and which has a promo hole in the upper left corner, is in Mint condition. It comes with the original Columbia inner sleeve containing the lyrics and names of guest musicians, including Jonathan Edwards (on harmonica and vocals). Buyer pays $4 for Media Mail or $16 for Priority postage in the U.S. Postage is $21 to Canada or $25 to any other country outside the U.S. Multiple purchases shipped together result in big postage savings.
