Front cover shows some wear, especially near the bottom (as shown in photo #2) and also has a notch mark from probably being a cut out. Back cover is pretty nice overall and inside is pretty nice as well.
Original inner sleeve is nice with no bends or folds. Record itself has no scratches and very little wear. I did not play it as I no longer have a turntable.
