IF ONLY SOMEONE HADN'T LET THIS THING GET WETZ ON THE BOTTOMZ HUH?  
RECORD IS ACTUALLY IN PRETTY GOOD SHAPE.  PLAYS GREAT.  ONE LABEL HAS A LITTLE BIT OF WATER DAMAGE.
DESPITE THE BOTTOM OF THE JACKET BEING ALL JACKED UP (THE BOTTOM IS COMPLETELY SEPERATED) THE REST OF THE ACTUAL ARTWORK IS ACTUALLY IN REALLY GOOD SHAPE.  FEATURE ARTWORK STILL POPS.  
PUT THIS IN A PLASTIC SLEEVE AND IT WON'T BE TOO BAD AT ALL.

VINYL:
G:  Good.  Record will have significant wear and might possibly skip.  Record will have significant background noise
G+:  Good Plus.  Record will have moderate wear and some background noise.  Record will play without skipping
VG:  Very Good.  Record will have some light scuffing, marks or scratches.  Record still maintain solid gloss and decent shine.  Background noise will be fairly minimal.  Good, decent playable record but not perfect.   
VG+:  Very Good Plus.  Record will have a few very light marks or scratches.  Overall, super clean glossy record.  Zero background noise
Ex:  Excellent.  Record is flawless or nearly so.  Fantastic clean, shiny record.  Zero background noise. 
JACKET:
G:  Good.  Jacket will have significant edge and ring wear.  Jacket might have splits.  
G+:  Good Plus.  Jacket might have moderate ring and edge wear.  Jacket might have small splits 
VG:  Very Good.  Artwork will maintains solid lustre and "newness."  There might be small abrasions and light ring and edge wear.
VG+:  Very Good Plus.  Artwork will look very new.  Only minimal wear or abrasions.
Ex:  Excellent.  Jacket is flawless or nearly so.
