This is STEVE VAI Passion and Warfare LP RARE ORIGINAL 1990 FRENCH IMPORT GRUB RECORDS #17 with blueish tinted cover.    Vinyl is VG+ with just a few light marks.  Cover has some wear with some clear tape along top seem that was used to repair a split in middle top seem, see scans.  Comes with original picture inner sleeve!!    Awesome LP at a great price!!
