Hello and Welcome. Beginning in the 1960s, I made it my goal to collect every 5-star record still available, and I continued my search for 40 years. While not all the records I list for sale reached that lofty goal, they do represent an undying search for the unique and wonderful in the world of sound. I'm happy to be able to offer them to you now. Here is what you're bidding on: 
TITLE/ARTIST: "ELVIS' CHRISTMAS ALBUM" by Elvis Presley on the RCA Victor Record label first pressing (LPM-1035) in "Long Play" MONO sound, issued in 1957. 
CONDITION OF VINYL: VG(Vinyl has many marks, including scuffs and scratches, that no doubt will affect the play quality, even with RCA's deep groove pure vinyl; please see actual record in photos - graded visually using special daylight balanced spotlight). 
CONDITION OF JACKET: VG+(Jacket has extensive wear to front and back, including edge/corner/rub and age wear; there is a name scratched into front cover bottom right corner, as well as other scratches and marks; the spine is split and held together by two pieces of masking tape; front and back covers are otherwise unmarked; please see "special features" for inside gatefold information  - please see photos of actual album offered). 
SPECIAL FEATURES: This rare original "Long Play" Mono "Elvis' Christmas Album" copy presents the earliest holiday/gospel recordings of The King on the RCA label. While both record and jacket have seen extensive wear (as noted above), the inside of the gatefold is a very different story: THE BOOKLET AND INSIDE COVERS WITHIN THE GATEFOLD ARE ALL IN NEAR-MINT CONDITION. The ten photos of Elvis in the booklet are simply spectacular and unmarked. The inside jackets are equally dynamic, especially the back inside sleeve featuring full color photos of EIGHTEEN Elvis albums and singles! NOTE: Please see actual sleeve and record photos for confirmation. Without doubt the best feature is the gorgeous excellent condition of the inside booklet. Don't miss this very rare classic.
