We recently purchased this collection (as part of a much larger collection) from an Estate Sale.  The Estate was ~MASSIVE~ and the original owners were a doctor and his family.  I only point this out because the place was immaculate.  I'm confident this family was the original owner of this collection and they took good care of their property.
Collection seems to have been well-cared for.   All records have been visually checked and seem to be in good condition.  We have spot tested some of the albums in the collection and so far they have sounded great! 
We have included pictures of all album covers, sleeves, and records (front and back photos).  Be sure to zoom in to check the condition and note that many of the records in this collection include a name on either the cover, the record label, or both.  Thankfully, they did not write their name(s) very large.  The sleeve for the Tan album is splitting on the bottom and side 1 of the tan album has the most wear on it of any of the albums I purchased, so it must have been their favorite.

NOTE:  We have sold albums for years.  We have purchased shipping boxes specifically for albums and take great care when we package (just check our feedback).  You can trust that it will arrive to you in the same condition it left us.
