- Push Christmas Picture Disc (CBS 460629 0),
- Exclusive Bros Christmas Card (signed by the artists - facsimile signatures),
- and a limited edition "Portrait" Print (signed by the artists - again, facsimile signatures). Also includes another insert. This box originally came with a cassette but this is NOT included here.
