Records are shipped in new 200lb strength LP mailers wrapped in bubble wrap. The record is shipped in a 2 to 3 mil poly archival quality sleeve and the LP is removed from the album sleeve to prevent seam splits during shipping. This does not apply to box sets.

SS (Still Sealed) New, unopened.
NM (Near Mint) Record has no visible marks and appears un-played or limited play. Light or no spindle wear.
VG++ (Excellent) Record is very close to NM with a very few light surface or handling marks.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) Record has some light marks and light playwear. May have some noise. No deep marks.
VG (Very Good) A playable record that has marks and or scratches and plays with noise. I rarely list a record at this level or below.
