Sleeve is mostly in great shape, some wear mostly on the edges but nothing too bad at all. Included Booklet is in great shape, has download card (probably won't work but it is there) and DVD in great shape. Both inner sleeves are very very nice. Both records are mostly very nice, It does appear that this record has been listened to a few times but it looks to me that it should play very well.

----I do not claim to be a vinyl record expert, however I do have a lot of experience collecting and selling. Please check my feedback to see what people think. I clean most records if a cleaning is needed but not all records have been cleaned. I have not play tested the record Unless otherwise noted. All records are packed outside of their sleeve in a record mailer
with at least 4 feet of bubble wrap, sometimes cardboard stiffeners and
