Hi. This listing is for a late 60's self titled Record album by "The New Wave". Possibly a 1st pressing. This is a white label promo copy in mono. This LP is in E- or VG+ condition. It does have a few light scratches and a couple that you can hear in parts of the first couple songs on side one, but not loud and mostly during soft parts of the song and in the runouts between songs. But they are faint and barely noticeable. On side 2 you don't hear hardly any ticks or pops from scratches. No skips and no bad scratches. The cover is in VG condition with some soiling and ring wear. Lightly bumped corners and a little wear around the edges. Back cover has a name in large print. Inner sleeve is just a plain white sleeve that has tanned with age. Good sounding and playable copy. Cleaned and test played. Canterbury Records CLPM-1501, 1967, USA, Pressed by the Monarch Record Manufacturing Company as indicated by the MR stamp in the runout.

MY RECORD GRADING :

M/MINT Condition: I only grade MINT for a record that is still sealed in shrink wrap. Basically a new album

NM/NEAR MINT/M-: A record that looks new but has been opened and maybe played. Very clean and shiny. No marks or scratches or maybe 1 or 2 insignificant marks.

E+/Excellent+: A record that may have a half dozen or so minor marks or scratches. Still clean and shiny. Nothing that can be heard when playing.

E/Excellent: A record with some light scratches, marks or stains. Some you might hear when playing the record. Still clean and shiny. No skips or deep scratches.

VG/Very Good: A record with visible wear, maybe a good scratch or 2 but no skips. May have a lot of light scratches and scuffs but do not sound bad. Still plays well and sounds good with some occasional ticks and pops. If there are any deep scratches I try my best to repair them under a microscope and will note them in the description.

G/Good: Playable copy. Noticeable surface wear, scuffs and/or scratches, nothing really bad, no skipping. Still a playable record. Will hear ticks and pops throughout the record. If there are any deep scratches I try my best to repair them under a microscope and will note them in the description.

Less Than Good: I trash. I will not list anything that is not a good playable record

I try to give all my records a good cleaning and test play before listing or selling, just to be sure there are no issues. If you get a record that has a problem please contact me before leaving a negative feedback. I will do my best to make it right.
