This is brand new and sealed but does have some wear.
The shrink wrap is split a little down at the bottom. On the back in the upper right corner the some of the shrink wrap has come off and caused some scuffing to the cover. In the upper right front corner some of the shrink wrap came off and the corner is scuffed. The other 3 corners show some scuffs but the shrink wrap in intact. Please sell all of the pictures for condition issues.
This is from my personal collection which I have been collecting for over 45 years.
