The record is in very good condition with no scratches. It does have some light surface dust. The cover does have some were at the top and has split a little at the top (please see pics). It comes with everything you see in the photos.
I am not an expert on grading records and I do my best to let you know of any flaws that I see.
This is from my personal collection which I have been collecting for over 45 years.
