The record has a couple light surface scratches and does have some light surface dust. I have not played my collection in a very long time so I don't know if the scratches effect the playing of it. The cover is in good condition but shows some light wear. The cardboard is thin so the cover has bends (see pics).
I am not an expert on grading records and I do my best to let you know of any flaws that I see.
This is from my personal collection which I have been collecting for over 45 years.
