Available here is a 7” vinyl single by Joy Division - Transmission / Novelty. It was originally issued in the UK by Factory Records in 1979 and bears the catalogue number FAC 13.

I believe this is a UK repressing, although it’s difficult to say when it appeared. There is a Discogs catalogue for this exact item but it is undated. The sleeve is somewhat shiny with rear side flipbacks and is cut square across the top. It bears the matrix marks as stated below.

Vinyl Condition - Excellent- - The record is bright and clean and while it is free of any worrying scratches, a couple of light surface marks are present. I’ve listened to both sides and can confirm that there is no jumping or sticking, although the odd light click may be heard. There’s also a little background crackle/noise during the quieter start to the B-Side. I’ve only given the record a cursory clean, so the sound quality may improve further with a little more attention.

Sleeve Condition - Very Good+ - Original picture sleeve, with light edge/corner creasing and rubbing in places but no splits or tears.
