unfortunately its not mint.... but it is in pretty nice used condition

i would say 3 of the 4 sides have minor use scuffing (no deep scratches but those faint scuff marks you cant get out)

not for the hardcore collector but definitely for the person that wants a copy that is valueable to keep and listen to. I know its worth quite alot and i am letting it run out in auction (7days) and starting it low and will let the ZAC BROWN following determine its value!
