In this auction:

LIVE PEACE IN TORONTO 1969” LP by The Plastic Ono Band comprised of John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Eric Clapton, Klaus Voorman, and Alan White

This LP is Apple Records SW - 3362.

This is a stereo LP that was released in January, 1970.

This LP is in MINT STILL SEALED CONDITION in its ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP with the “JOHN & YOKO” CALENDAR INSIDE. The shrink wrap has has “breathe holes”. There is a 6-inch splint in the shrink wrap on the bottom edge, but it’s hardly detectable, as only about 3 inches of the split in the shrink can be seen at the bottom of the front cover. You can see the spiral wire spine of the calendar at the opening of the LP cover.

It also has a 3 INCH X 1 ½ INCH CLEAR STICKER with WHITE PRINT on the rear shrink wrap that reads:

INCLUDING

JOHN AND YOKO

1970 CALENDAR

The LP has LIVE CONCERT VERSIONS of GREAT John Lennon compositions: “Yer Blues”, “Cold Turkey”, & “Give Peace a Chance”.

Eric Clapton plays on this LP courtesy of Atlantic Records.

Included inside the LP cover is a JOHN & YOKO 1970 CALENDAR with spiral-wire spine visible at the opening. (Some calendars were issued with plastic and stapled spines.)

The John and Yoko photos in the calendar are all B&W. (I have included some images from my own calendar.) The calendar in this auction is still sealed inside the cover.

It’s a real plus to have the calendar included, because what happens with most calendars when the year ends? They get tossed in the trash! (Most likely this is what happened to many of these calendars when 1970 ended.)

A MINT STILL SEALED Beatles-related 50+ years-old John Lennon & the Plastic Ono Band LP on APPLE with the MINT 1970 CALENDAR for YOUR vinyl collection!!!
