This is an absolutely extremely rare rice paper, 33 1/3 flexi-disc of Jerry Lewis and Alan Kowalski singing as Jerry Lewis volunteers to raise money for muscular dystrophy awareness.
Released in 1959 this has been in a closet for the last 50+ years!
Muscular dystrophy Association of America helped release this dimes to dollars for a fundraiser.
