This is a 1982 US, promotional copy. The vinyl is in VG+ condition, there is close to no surface noise, I only heard an occasional snip noise and only a couple significant pops on the last track. There is no ever present static, ever present popping, crackle, and no skipping. The jacket is in VG+ condition, there's only some minor wear to the corners. There's no splitting seams, significant edge wear, no hole punches, and no stains. Check pictures for condition.
