How is it that this exclusive Record Store Day 2LP grey vinyl release from Taylor Swift is being offered for so much less than you could ever have imagined?
Because the sleeve is not perfect, and I am not greedy.
Look closely at the pictures.
See those two tiny white spots on the front cover? Who in their right mind would think that THOSE belong there?
See the picture of the insert? Well, if you hold that just right under the light, you can tell that it’s not perfectly straight!
And that back cover… Some mysterious mishap during shipping has caused what appears to be ring wear!
So if you’re looking for packaging perfection, I’m afraid you’ll have to look elsewhere.
However, if you can live with these pesky imperfections because you want this double album for the MUSIC, then as a musician myself, I can live with what I think is a fair price.
eBay recommends a starting bid of $73.
Screw that, and screw Ticketmaster.
