For sale is the new in shrink This Property is Condemned Soundtrack LP on the Verve label that is pictured. V-8664.
The LP is in new and sealed condition. The shrink does have an approx. 4" tear at the upper right hand corner of it.
The jacket has a punch out at the lower left hand corner. Also a small bend at the upper right hand corner where the shrink is torn.
I am not a professional record grader these are just my grades as being a collector myself over the years.
