Forbidden Planet Original MGM Soundtrack Stereo Album. Play Tested. Record sounds VG. No scratches, no skipping, no smudges. Very clean album. Date on back is 1956. However, there is an address for Planet Records in California with a zip code. Zip codes did not come around until 1963. One source has the release date as 1976 which I do believe is correct.
