I am offering what’s is commonly known as a “grail” record from my fathers private collection. Checker #770 LITTLE WALTER “OFF THE WALL” on the ultra rare red wax. The last time a record sale posted on popsike for this gem was back in 2012. I came to find out it was sold by a collector friend of my fathers for $1000. Fast forward 11 years and this extremely rare record is being offered again. It is absolutely beautiful with the correct matrix numbers. It’s not 2012 and this piece of music history will more than likely never be available for sale again. As with most of my fathers super rare records I am not in a hurry to sell it. Honoring his legacy and the 60+ years he spent collecting and caring for his collection is most important to me.
