Hi! You're looking at a SUPERB overall condition vinyl 5 LP Box Set which is a LIMITED EDITION 1989 Definitive Anthology of the legendary Speciality Recordings of Rock and Roll Legend LITTLE RICHARD titled "Little Richard: The Specialty Sessions."--the set includes ALL of Little Richard's early hits and includes outtakes, studio talk, and much more across five LPs, and also includes an extremely detailed and informative 30 page book with a History of Little Richard's Specialty Records career, discography and many photographs. The LP is a 1989 Specialty Records / Ace Records issue with the serial number SP 8508 and is a LIMITED EDITION pressed in GERMANY in 1989.
This 5 LP Box Set is in SUPERB overall condition and the five vinyl records are all in either NEAR MINT or NEAR MINT- (Ex) condition with just light scuffs in several spots on a couple of the records that should not significantly affect play and no other significant imperfecitons; the five heavy paper covers are in virtually FLAWLESS condition, the textured Outer Box has some very light foxing on the inner surfaces, NO splits and just very slight shelfwear otherwise, and the 30 page book has a slight thumb tear on the center opening edge of p. 11, a light abrasion on the upper openin g edges of p. 20-21 and some slight age spots / foxing in a few spots and slight shelfwear but no other significant flaws--it's NOT a cutout!
Please Note: I CAN ship records outside of the United States but will need to get a weight estimate based on the final PACKAGED weight for this record--I cannot ship for the $4.00 U.S. Media Rate and the quoted International Shipping Rate may differ from the final shipping rate due to packaged weight differences so please wait to make payment until a final invoice is received. Thanks!
Vinyl Grading Standards (unless otherwise indicated, LPs are visually graded)
Mint (or M) – Sealed and effectively perfect with no signs of wear or ever having been played.
Near Mint -- A record with only the slightest evidence of ever having been handled.
Very Good Plus Plus (VG++) A very clean record that has no marks aside from slight scuffs and abrasions caused by removal from a paper inner sleeve or perhaps a few marks on the label caused by a turntable spindle.
Very Good Plus (VG+) A record that has had a number of plays and may have some superficial scuffs, possibly mild to moderate spindle marks and / or possibly hairline scratches on the vinyl, which may produce some intermittent pops and possibly very light background noise.
Very Good (VG) A record that has generally been well cared for, but has seen a fair amount of play, with some scuffing. hairline scratches, spindle marks and / or light scratches. Should play through well, with the possibility of more pops and more background noise.
Very Good Minus (VG-) A record with significant scuffs, scratches, and spindle marks that should play through with moderate pops and surface noise, possibly of some duration.
Good (G) A record with will play through, but with significant pops, substantial background noise, and possibly intermittent skipping.
Poor (P) A record with MAJOR issues that will interfere with play, and will possibly be unplayable in part due to damage (I'll only offer an LP in this condition if it's an extreme rarity and / or for cover art display purposes).
