4. No Refunds or Returns In line with our policy, we do not accept refunds or returns on vinyl record purchases. Once the transaction is completed, the sale is final. 5. Shipping & Handling We take the utmost care in packaging vinyl records to ensure their safe delivery. Records are typically shipped in sturdy packaging with appropriate padding to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Before shipment, if records are used, both record and jacket will be cleaned. Within listing images, inner sleeves may depict slight damage, or discoloration due to general wear or age respectively. If you would like to add or replace inner sleeves, there would be an additional charge of .10 USD per records. If you would like to add protective outer sleeves, there would be an additional charge of .50 USD per media.
6. Seller's Responsibility As the seller, we are committed to providing accurate information, reliable packaging, and prompt shipping.
