Pacific Jazz PJ-1222. Original pressing with deep-groove.
The disc is VG+. Disc is glossy with a few superficial surface scuffs. Shows little signs of use or play.
The cover is VG+ crisp and glossy. Small split on bottom near opening. There is a small sticker and piece of tape on the back.
