Front of sleeve states 'Stereo EKS-74005', the rear 'EKL-4005 (mono)' and "Printed in U.S.A."), but "Polydor Records Limited" on label.
Record plays through fine but does have obvious light surface scratches & couple deeper marks. Nothing which interferes with play but some clear background noise most noticeable in quieter passages/run ins. But an enjoyable listen. Cover has age related storage wear, please see photos.
