DISCLAIMER:

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, detailed photographs, and exceptional customer service. However, due to the unique nature of vinyl records and their sensitivity to handling and environmental conditions, we have implemented the following "No Return" policy to ensure a fair and transparent transaction for both the buyer and seller.

1. Condition Disclosure

We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of each vinyl record listed for sale. Additional details, such as any visible flaws, scratches, or imperfections, will be clearly stated in the product description. Information can be found on Discogs->How to grade items. We highly recommend reviewing these details before making a purchase.

2. Detailed Product Information

Our product descriptions provide relevant information, including the artist, album title, pressing information, and any additional relevant details specific to the vinyl record. Please read these descriptions carefully to ensure compatibility with your turntable and preferences.

3. Accurate Photographic Representation

We take high-quality photographs of the vinyl record for sale, displaying the sleeve, labels, and any significant flaws or damage. These images are intended to accurately represent the item's condition and provide a visual reference. We encourage buyers to examine these images closely before making a purchase decision.

4. No Refunds or Returns

In line with our policy, we do not accept refunds or returns on vinyl record purchases. Once the transaction is completed, the sale is final. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully review the item description, condition, and images to make an informed purchase decision.

5. Shipping & Handling

We take the utmost care in packaging vinyl records to ensure their safe delivery. Records are typically shipped in rigid, cardboard envelopes with appropriate padding to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

**Before shipment, if records are used, the record will be cleaned. Within listing images, inner sleeves may depict slight damage, or discoloration due to general wear or age respectively. If you would like to add or replace white, generic paper sleeves, there would be an additional charge of .20¢ USD per 7” record. **

6. Seller's Responsibility

As the seller, we are committed to providing accurate information, reliable packaging, and prompt shipping. If we fail to meet these obligations, or if there is a significant discrepancy between the product received and the item description, we will work with you to find a fair and satisfactory resolution.

By making a purchase from our eBay store, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, including the "No Return" policy outlined above. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us before making a purchase.
