   Shipping

We ship using FedEx, DHL and Japan Post.

Standard shipping: It should be delivered within 1-2 weeks after the shipment.

Expedited shipping: It should be delivered within 5-10 days after the shipment.

*Standard shipping basically uses by Japan Post. Express shipping basically uses by DHL or Fedex. (Buyer cannot choose the delivery company)

*All deliveries have a tracking number and insurance.

*If the shipping address is DHL or Fedex's remote delivery area, we will not be able to ship with normal shipping charges. In that case, after purchasing, we will inform you about payment of remote fee. (If you don't want to pay the remote fee, please be assured that you can cancel the transaction)

   Payment

We usually ship within 7 business days of receiving cleared payment.
