GRADING

All items are VISUALLY graded using strict Goldmine standards unless otherwise noted in the item description. I am a picky collector and thorough.  I will play grade a record upon request but, depending on time available, it may take some time to report back.  Comprehensive front, back, inner sleeve and label photos of all LPs/45s are provided as a courtesy for your visual assessment.  Additional photos are available upon request.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENT, SHIPPING COSTS & INSURANCE

Payment required within 7 days of auction conclusion.  After that time, sales will be cancelled, and item(s) will be relisted.

Buyer pays EXACT shipping costs; I DO NOT OVERCHARGE.  If you happen to win multiple items, I automatically combine items to reduce your shipping costs:  2 LPs or 2 45s for the price of one (excludes double LPs).  I typically ship orders within two business days of receiving payment.  My default shipping method is MEDIA MAIL with tracking provided through the USPS.  Media Mail offers a great savings for your order, making the purchase of vinyl records via mail order much more affordable.  In addition, I am always willing to accommodate buyers who wish to upgrade and/or pay for additional shipping options (i.e. Priority Mail, Insurance, etc.).  If you would like any of these options, please send me a message **BEFORE** paying for your order so I can send a revised invoice.

I highly recommend the buyer insure purchased items, particularly those of a more substantial value.  In addition to the shipping cost, USPS insurance cost is generally 3.1% of insured value.  If an order is lost or damaged by the USPS, I will do whatever I can to facilitate a refund or compensation with the USPS but, if the package is not insured, return of product/refund may be problematic.

PACKAGING

I pack all orders well, using mailers specifically designed for shipping vinyl records to protect your purchase in transit. All records are separated from the album covers or picture sleeves (where applicable) and additional cardboard stiffeners are used to ensure safe delivery.

ABOUT ME
