The picture disc is in great condition, but there is a bit of surface noise especially during the first few seconds of “Harajuku Girls”. The PVC sleeve was taped by the previous owner, and there are two other seam splits on the sleeve along with a small cut on the flap hinge (Picture #4, #5, #6, & #7). The picture disc has been kept in a Mo-Fi sleeve to avoid any damage from the PVC outer sleeve. Please let me know if you have any questions!
