Shipping Speed
We are proud to provide fast service to our customers; your order will be shipped within 1 business day of placing your order. On average, domestic First Class/Ground Advantage packages arrive in 5-7 business days (depending on destination). On average, domestic Priority packages arrive in 3-5 business days (depending on destination). On average, FedEx Ground/Home packages arrive in 2-6 business days. We observe all government holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Packaging
We take care in packaging each order - you can rest assured that your items will be thoughtfully packaged to minimize risk and arrive safely to you.

Combined Shipping
We're happy to combine shipping for multiple items going to the same address.* Multiple items should auto-combine in your cart, but if not, you can request an invoice with combined shipping. We will choose the lowest cost shipping option during fulfillment meeting all carrier weight and policy requirements. 

*We are unable to combine shipping on auction orders for separate auctions (auctions ending on different dates). Orders must be paid within four days from auction end, or will be cancelled. 

Shipping Cost
To keep your prices low, we charge actual shipping cost only, we do not add any additional fees for packaging or handling. We ship via USPS or FedEx, whichever is more cost efficient.

Additional
Once we ship your order, we will provide you tracking information. If you do not receive your shipment within 11 business days of placing your order, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate it further. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered during purchase, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost if they want the item resent. If the item will not be resent, the buyer will be issued a refund for the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping paid. Please review your shipping details to ensure successful delivery. Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. If an item is over 1 pound, it must be shipped via Priority Mail USPS or FedEx. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest pound or ounce, depending on the carrier requirements.
