The record is in mint condition as it is sealed. I'm grading the jacket a hair below mint as there's very slight shelf wear on one corner, the beginning of a poke through on the bottom seam, but otherwise there's no badly frayed edges, major splits, stains, clipped corners etc. Check pictures for condition.
