All records I sell have been cleaned with a Spin-Clean MK-II Record Washer before being visually graded and then either fully play-tested or spot-tested. Graded using guidelines from Goldmine and I tend to grade conservatively. I offer a choice between Media Mail shipping and Ground Advantage. Media Mail is cheaper but will take significantly longer to reach you than Ground Advantage (recommended).
