Vinyl(F++) vinyl surface has NUMEROUS minor marks and a few more significant ones, plays surprisingly well with minor to surface noise(most noticeable during the quite passages and in between  tracks, a very quick faint tick on side one and a more pronounced tick on side 2 that last about a minute or so(see sample video).  
Sleeve(G) rubbing, seem splits, edge/corner wear, small piece of Scotch tape in bottom corner, stress marks.
